Since October 2023, six Serenity Peaks homes have been listed. Two sold, one is for sale now, and three came off the market without selling. Every sale landed between $471 and $543 per square foot. Eight of the listings that didn’t sell were priced above $543, higher than anything buyers have paid here.

About the building
Serenity Peaks is at Snow Pines Crescent: two-bedroom condos and townhomes, built 1992 to 2003. Strata fees in the listings ranged from about $290 to $380 a month depending on size. Check the bylaws and the Form B for rental rules and fees before you buy; at a ski resort they matter as much as the view.
