The price ceiling
Since October 2023, two Solitude homes have been listed. Two sold, zero are for sale now, and zero came off the market without selling. Every sale landed between $518 and $573 per square foot. One of the earlier listings that expired before the home sold or was relisted was priced above $573, higher than anything buyers have paid here.

Solitude is at 5080 Snowbird Way: three-bedroom-plus condos and townhomes, built 2005. Strata fees in the listings ranged from about $380 to $440 a month depending on size. Check the bylaws and the Form B for rental rules and fees before you buy; at a ski resort they matter as much as the view.
