Since October 2023, six Spyglass homes have been listed. Five sold, one is for sale now, and zero came off the market without selling. Every sale landed between $459 and $596 per square foot. Five of the listings that didn’t sell were priced above $596, higher than anything buyers have paid here.

About the building
Spyglass is at 5075 Snowbird Way: two- and three-bedroom-plus townhomes, built 2003 to 2023. Strata fees in the listings ranged from about $570 to $830 a month depending on size. Most listings here say short-term rentals are allowed. Check the bylaws and the Form B for rental rules and fees before you buy; at a ski resort they matter as much as the view.
