The price ceiling
Since October 2023, thirteen Stonebridge homes have been listed. Seven sold, six are for sale now, and zero came off the market without selling. Every sale landed between $572 and $737 per square foot. Seven of the listings that didn’t sell were priced above $737, higher than anything buyers have paid here.

About the building
Stonebridge is at 5255 to 5259 Big White Road: one to three-bedroom-plus condos, built 2002 to 2005. Strata fees in the listings ranged from about $460 to $1,840 a month depending on size. Most listings here say short-term rentals are allowed. Check the bylaws and the Form B for rental rules and fees before you buy; at a ski resort they matter as much as the view.
