What the numbers say
Sundance has had more sales than any other Big White building in the last three years: 20 homes sold out of 28 listed. Sales ranged from $478 to $630 per square foot. Listings that didn’t sell mostly asked $560 to $690, overlapping the top of that range, so at Sundance the difference between selling and sitting is often just $30 to $60 per square foot.
Sales in 2026 have come in lower, a median of $539 per square foot against $614 in 2024. With only a handful of sales a year, part of that is which units happened to sell, but it’s worth watching.
Sales by size

| 1 bedroom | 2 | $410,000 | about 670 sq ft |
| 2 bedrooms | 11 | $500,000 to $850,000 | about 1,020 sq ft |
| 3 or more | 7 | $692,500 to $1.65 million | about 2,020 sq ft |

About the building
Sundance is at 255 Feathertop Way: condos, fourplex units and a few chalets, built 2000 to 2025. Check the bylaws and the Form B for rental rules and fees before you buy; at a ski resort they matter as much as the view.
