Since October 2023, four The North homes have been listed. Three sold, zero are for sale now, and one came off the market without selling. Every sale landed between $424 and $590 per square foot. Three of the listings that didn’t sell were priced above $590, higher than anything buyers have paid here.

About the building
The North is at 80 Kettle View Road: two- and three-bedroom-plus condos and townhomes, built 2003 to 2008. Strata fees in the listings ranged from about $740 to $1,790 a month depending on size. Check the bylaws and the Form B for rental rules and fees before you buy; at a ski resort they matter as much as the view.
