Since October 2023, three Timber Ridge homes have been listed. One sold, one is for sale now, and one came off the market without selling. The one sale was at $668 per square foot. Four of the listings that didn’t sell were priced above $668, higher than anything buyers have paid here.

Timber Ridge is at 7650 Porcupine Road: two- and three-bedroom-plus townhomes, built 1999 to 2000. Strata fees in the listings ranged from about $440 to $570 a month depending on size. Check the bylaws and the Form B for rental rules and fees before you buy; at a ski resort they matter as much as the view.
