Whitefoot units are small, most under 300 square feet, so the price per square foot looks high while the prices are among the lowest at Big White: $140,000 to $280,000 in the last three years. Strata fees are the lowest of any building in this series, a median of about $215 a month.
Only one Whitefoot home has come off the market unsold. Half of the listings that expired were priced above $733 per square foot, higher than any sale.
