About the building
Woodcutter Cabins is at 360 Whitehorse Lane: two- and three-bedroom-plus townhomes, built 2003 to 2007. Strata fees in the listings ranged from about $530 to $1,060 a month depending on size. Check the bylaws and the Form B for rental rules and fees before you buy; at a ski resort they matter as much as the view.
